I do a lot of things, all with love, enthusiasm and curiosity. I love people, movement and theatre, and what movement and theatre can do for people!

Judy Barrington-Smuts - A maker, a mover, a connector — creating playful, people-centred experiences across theatre, movement direction, teaching, and creative health.
As a person, and as an artist, I am a uniter. Someone who consistently brings the room together. I specialise in devising, skilfully connecting the dots through the medium of play. My artistic practice is underpinned by a deep understanding of collaboration and cultivation of ensemble dynamics.
I firmly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to engage with theatre and the arts, fostering the nurturing of their creativity and enabling creative connections.
In addition to my artistic pursuits, I am a certified fitness instructor and trained mindfulness practitioner, both of which complement and support the way I work.
